DOMESTIC SALES SPECIALIST

Job Details

  • Search for customers who need to use the service, approach, introduce, and consult the company's Logistics services to potential customers who need domestic transportation services and build a customer network.
  • Contact customers according to the company's available list, proactively meet and seek new potential customers in the market.
  • Identify target customers, collect customer information by planning and organizing search, contact, approach, and learn about the needs of potential customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate and sign contracts, handle complaints and arising problems (if any) with customers.
  • Coordinate with the operations department and trucking department to provide optimal transportation solutions and find suitable suppliers for each customer.
  • Hand over all customer information and delivery specifications to the operations department to directly coordinate vehicles, supervise loading and unloading of goods and track the order journey to ensure the order is delivered successfully, safely and as committed.
  • Continuously expand and exploit supplier systems, carriers, transport units... to be proactive in coordinating vehicles, checking input trucking prices, ensuring the exploitation of the largest domestic volume of goods.
  • Make work plans, weekly and monthly business plans for ongoing work, evaluate performance results, submit to Sales Director for approval, participate in company training courses.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree/Certificate of College or University degree in a major related to the fields of maritime transport, Logistics, Economics.
  • Good English
  • Soft skills Good communication skills Good negotiation skills Good work management skills under high pressure Good and quick creative thinking. Ability to work independently and in a team. High sense of responsibility Proficient in office software, good English.
  • Personal qualities/attitude Dedicated, disciplined, honest, friendly, agile Desire to work long term at the company
  • Experience Priority is given to candidates with 02 years or more of experience in sales in the logistics industry, domestic container transportation.
  • Other requirements: Able to travel for work
