Receive and process booking information from sales department, partners, agents, and company offices abroad.

Prepare documents related to international freight forwarding: Booking, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, manifest declaration,...

Urge, check and reconcile relevant information of shipping lines, CS/Sales department for accounting to pay suppliers

Track the progress of goods transportation from the port of departure to the port of destination. Quickly update information to relevant parties if any problems arise during the transportation of goods.

Track payment of freight and other charges associated with the shipment in charge.

Coordinate with the warehouse management department and the export-import department in monitoring, loading and unloading, and completing procedures for goods at the departure and arrival ports for booked shipments. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and closely follow the progress and schedule of the shipment.

Complete data entry and add information to the Company's software system.

Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annually) and internal reports as required (if any).

Responsible for reporting directly to the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Degree/Certificate of University or Master's degree in a major related to the field of maritime transport and Logistics.

Fluent in English, minimum TOEIC score of 650 or higher.

Soft skills - Good creative and quick thinking. - Ability to work independently and in a team - High sense of responsibility. - Office computer skills, proficient in Excel. - Proficient in office software.

Personal qualities/attitude Hardworking, careful, able to work under high pressure.

Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience in making transport documents, import and export, priority given to experience in FCL cargo. - Priority is given to candidates who have knowledge and are familiar with shipping routes as well as seaports around the world. - In-depth knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding, understanding of Incoterm or having relevant experience will be interviewed immediately.
