On June 30, 2026, in Hanoi, OPL Logistics Joint Stock Company officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Railway Transport and Trade Joint Stock Company (RATRACO), marking a significant milestone in OPL Logistics’ strategy to strengthen its multimodal transportation and expand its integrated logistics ecosystem.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Kato, Tran Ngoc Khanh, CEO of OPL Logistics, signed the MOU on behalf of the company, together with RATRACO’s representative, in the presence of leaders and representatives from both sides.

Under the MOU, OPL Logistics and RATRACO will jointly develop a modern and integrated rail logistics ecosystem, focusing on the following key areas:
- Developing specialized logistics solutions for key industries such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), chemicals, and other specialized cargoes in accordance with international standards.
- Leveraging the railway network along the North–South corridor and international rail routes, helping expand Vietnam’s connectivity with Laos, China, and further markets such as Europe.
- Developing logistics infrastructure at strategic railway hubs by studying, investing in, upgrading, and operating logistics centers at Lao Cai, Song Than, Vung Ang, and other potential railway stations; and gradually forming a network with warehousing, filling stations, and smart management technologies.
Through this partnership, both companies aim to deliver highly competitive transportation solutions that optimize costs, improve operational efficiency, and reduce . At the same time, the integration of rail, road, sea, and air transportation will contribute to building a more flexible and synchronized supply chain, better serving the evolving needs of domestic and international customers.
