September 9, 2026 marks a new milestone in OPL Logistics’ journey toward management standardization, as the company officially received three international ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, certified by ISOCERT, an international certification organization.
The scope of certification covers key activities within OPL Logistics’ integrated logistics ecosystem, including freight agency services; freight forwarding by road, sea and air; warehousing services; and customs clearance services.
The simultaneous achievement of these three international standards provides a unified management foundation in which quality, environmental protection, and safety are incorporated throughout operations – from service processes to every link in the logistics chain.
ISO 9001:2015 – Standardizing quality, enhancing service value
For OPL Logistics, ISO 9001:2015 is not only a framework for quality standardization, but also a foundation for ensuring consistency in service processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Building on the foundation established by the standard, OPL Logistics continues to accelerate digitalization, optimize processes, and strengthen end-to-end operational control, thereby enhancing the consistency, flexibility, and efficiency of its services amid increasingly demanding supply chains that require greater speed and adaptability. This also reflects the company’s commitment to placing customer satisfaction at the heart of its operations, continuously improving service quality and enhancing the value delivered throughout every cargo journey.

ISO 14001:2015 – Building a foundation for green logistics
As sustainability and the green transition become increasingly important to the logistics industry, OPL Logistics proactively integrates environmental considerations into its management and operations. ISO 14001:2015 provides a framework for the company to identify, control, and progressively reduce environmental impacts arising from its logistics activities, while promoting efficient use of resources and fostering a more sustainable approach to operations. This serves as a foundation for OPL Logistics to progressively realize its direction toward green, efficient, and responsible logistics, in line with the broader green transition and Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 target.

ISO 45001:2018 – Putting safety at the heart of operations
The logistics industry is closely associated with transportation, warehousing, cargo handling, and delivery activities, where safety has a direct impact on people and the continuity of operations. With ISO 45001:2018, OPL Logistics standardizes the identification of hazards, assessment and control of occupational health and safety risks, thereby progressively building a safe, professional, and responsible working environment. More importantly, the standard contributes to strengthening a safety culture across the organization, raising awareness of risk prevention and embedding responsibility for employee protection into every link of the operational chain.

To meet the requirements of the ISO standards, OPL Logistics undertook a comprehensive review, standardization, and assessment of processes within the certified scope. This achievement is the result of close coordination among departments and the collective commitment of the entire OPL Logistics team, gradually making discipline, consistency, and professionalism an integral part of the company’s operations.
For OPL Logistics, the three ISO certifications not only recognize the efforts already undertaken, but also set a higher standard for the journey ahead. Building on this foundation, the company will continue to strengthen its management systems, enhance operational control and service quality, accelerate the application of technology, and progressively integrate environmental and safety requirements more deeply into its logistics operations.
Ultimately, the value of a management system does not lie in how many standards are achieved, but in the changes it creates in actual operations and the value that customers can experience. For OPL Logistics, this means consistency in service quality, operational efficiency, safety at every stage, and greater responsibility toward the environment and people. This is also OPL Logistics’ commitment for the journey ahead: to continuously raise standards from within in order to deliver better services, more efficient journeys, and greater sustainable value for customers and partners.
