As OPL Logistics continues to expand its operations and standardize its management model, the company identifies digital transformation as anfor strengthening operational capabilities, improving management efficiency, and meeting the demands of its next stage of development.

In particular, 2026 marks OPL Logistics’ 10th anniversary and a new phase in the company’s development, with a focus on strengthening management capabilities, standardizing systems, and enhancing organizational adaptability in response to market changes. As a part of this journey, human capital management has been identified as a priority area for digitalization, with the aim of establishing a centralized data platform and supporting data-driven management and decision-making.

The HCM System project aims to establish a unified human resources (HR) management platform and progressively digitalize core HR functions, including organizational structure and employee records management, recruitment, employment contracts and personnel decisions, time attendance and payroll, performance evaluation, task management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS). Once operational, the system is expected to help standardize business processes, reduce manual operations, improve data accuracy and enhance the ability to leverage HR data, thereby supporting more effective management and decision-making.

Speaking at the Kick-off Meeting, Mr. Kato, Tran Ngoc Khanh, Chief Executive Officer of OPL Logistics, emphasized that 2026 is an important milestone as the company marks its 10th year of establishment and development. It also marks a new phase in which OPL Logistics faces new requirements in terms of scale, operational capabilities, and market expansion. Therefore, the company identifies digital transformation, particularly in human capital management, as one of the key foundations for realizing its development strategy in the next phase.

According to Mr. Kato, digital transformation in human capital management is not merely about digitizing existing processes. It is also an opportunity for the company to review, standardize, and redesign processes that are no longer suitable, with the goal of building a management model that is more agile, transparent, and adaptable to future organizational changes.

Alongside process transformation, OPL Logistics is also investing in technology infrastructure to ensure stable system deployment, integration capabilities with existing platforms, and scalability to meet future business needs. Multilingual support is also included in the implementation requirements, providing a foundation to support the company’s direction of expanding its operations into international markets.

“The HCM project is not merely a technology project; it is a transformation project that transforms the way we manage our organization. We expect this platform to help OPL Logistics standardize data, improve the effectiveness of human capital management, and create momentum for the company’s new phase of development following its 10-year milestone,” Mr. Kato emphasized.

Throughout the project, SiciX Technology will work closely with OPL Logistics’ functional departments across all implementation stages, including assessment, analysis, system design, development and configuration, testing, user training, and data migration. According to the project plan, the system is expected to officially go live by the end of December 2026.

The Kick-off Meeting marks another important step forward in OPL Logistics’ digital transformation journey, while demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to system standardization and enhanced human capital management capabilities. With close collaboration between the two organizations, the project is expected to contribute to building a unified human capital management foundation, enabling OPL Logistics to improve operational efficiency and meet the requirements of its next stage of development.
